We’re proud to have contributed to Springline at District 60, Chesterfield County’s vibrant new mixed-use destination at Midlothian Turnpike (Route 60) and Chippenham Parkway. The first phase includes a five-story, 150,000 SF Class A office building designed by Baskervill with Hourigan as the construction partner—creating a modern workplace that anchors the district and sets a high bar for quality and sustainability.
Outdoors, James River Nurseries delivered a landscape that complements the building’s architecture and people-first design. From durable commercial hardscapes to region-appropriate plantings with four-season interest, our scope aligns with the project’s broader environmental goals—prioritizing long-term performance, accessibility, and a welcoming streetscape for tenants and visitors.
Springline sits at a high-visibility gateway and is a cornerstone of Chesterfield’s larger redevelopment effort—bringing together office, retail, residential, and public amenities in a walkable setting. For background on the county’s plans and timeline for Springline’s first office building, see Chesterfield County’s official update.
This project showcases what’s possible when owner, architect, builder, and landscape contractor collaborate from concept to completion. With Baskervill and Hourigan leading the vertical build—and Timmons Group among the first tenants—the district is poised to serve county agencies and local businesses in a next-generation, mixed-use environment.
