James River Nurseries recently landscaped a home built by Youngblood Properties.  Located on Lot 33 in Oak Park, this house is a charming rendition of a craftsman cottage.  If you are not familiar with Oak Park, it is located off of Huguenot Road, and is known for the distinctive exterior finishes and craftsman styled homes reminiscent of those built in the early-mid twentieth century.  This community features tree-lined streets as well as sidewalks that run throughout the neighborhood.  It really is an impressive neighborhood and certainly worth a look if you are considering a new home.

Youngblood Properties is a family owned business that has been building homes in the Richmond area for many years.  Known for their quality craftsmanship and attention to detail it is no wonder that they have experienced success in our market.  I think their website does a great job of summarizing their passion for what they do..."The combination of inspiration, heart and hard work has proven successful for Nancy Dearnley and her father Richard Youngblood.  Youngblood has won several prestigious Parade of Homes Gold Awards for outstanding curb appeal and awards for Best Kitchens and Baths.  Youngblood Properties focus is to produce a quality product with integrity and to maintain a solid reputation for quality and craftsmanship."  Who wouldn't want to work with a builder like that?
