Earlier this month, we had the wonderful opportunity to participate in Goochland High School’s Career Fair, an event dedicated to connecting students with potential career paths and local businesses. It was an absolute pleasure to meet with students and share the exciting opportunities available at James River Nurseries.

From landscaping to project management, we’re always on the lookout for passionate individuals ready to grow their careers in the green industry. Our team had a great time discussing how JRN plays a key role in transforming outdoor spaces while offering rewarding career paths for recent graduates.

Building Connections with the Goochland Community

The energy and enthusiasm of the Goochland HS Bulldogs were infectious! We enjoyed answering questions, providing insights into our day-to-day operations, and showcasing the various roles within our company. Connecting with the vibrant Goochland High School community was an enriching experience that reaffirmed our commitment to supporting the next generation of industry professionals.

A Bright Future Awaits

We left the career fair feeling inspired by the students’ curiosity and drive. Whether you're a student looking to kickstart a career in landscaping or simply exploring your options, James River Nurseries offers a variety of paths to help you grow personally and professionally.

We’re grateful to Goochland High School for hosting such a fantastic event and can’t wait to see some of these bright, young faces join our industry in the future. Go Bulldogs! 🐾
